HAIR AT LAST – BRAND IDENTITY

A business start-up looking for a 1950s influenced identity for a log-cabin style hair salon.
Executing an identity which would be 'retro' in style but still have an up-to-date look and feel.
Working with the client's chosen colour scheme, I have created a simple logo design, taking inspiration from the 'lady-like' women of the 1950s with delicate flowers in their hair. I have used a modern script font (almost hand-written) as the name is very much a statement.
The subtle geometric patterns inspired by the dress fabrics of the 1950s, contrasts the minimalistic logo design perfectly.
I also suggested producing a brand rose stamp for the loyalty cards.
