Terms of business
I’m based in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire but work remotely with clients across the UK and occasionally worldwide. Whether you’re local or further afield, I can collaborate with you to bring your brand to life.
For each project, I will provide either a one-off fee based on the scope of work or an hourly rate, along with an approximation of the total hours I expect the job will take. I also offer design packages that can be tailored to suit your needs. All work and expenses will be invoiced accordingly.
A 50% deposit is required from all new clients before work commences, and the final payment is due within one calendar month of the invoice being issued. Payments should be made by bank transfer to my nominated account.
Each project includes a set number of revisions, which will be agreed upon at the start. Additional changes or work outside the agreed scope will sbe billed at the hourly rate.
All final artwork remains the property of clh design until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive full rights to use the work for the agreed purposes.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point. All client information and project details are treated as confidential.
Project timelines will be agreed upon at the start and communicated clearly. Delays may occur due to client feedback or external factors, but I always aim to deliver projects promptly and efficiently.
I primarily work remotely from my home office, but I’m available to meet clients in person if necessary to discuss your project. Travel expenses may apply for on-site meetings.
