Terms of business

Based in Hertfordshire, working with established beauty, wellness & aesthetics brands across the UK – remotely and in person where needed. All services are design only. No websites, coding, or printing included. Print collateral supplied as a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks.

20-min strategy call on Zoom. Strategy only. No design, web, coding or development included. 1 per business.

The Luxury Rebrand – £3,800

1 founder per month. 4 dedicated studio days – I do it all; you approve. Fixed scope as listed on the services page.

To secure your month: 50% non-refundable booking fee (£1,900) due on booking. Your studio days are held only after this is received. Remaining 50% (£1,900) due before final files are released.

Revisions – Luxury Rebrand: 2 bespoke logo concepts + 2 rounds of refinement at logo concept stage. 1 round of minor amends on remaining touchpoints [brand sheet, social templates, price list, business/appointment card, web icons]. Additional concepts or amends beyond this will be billed at day rate or moved to Brand Partnership.

All final artwork remains the property of clh design until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use the work for the agreed purposes. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be invoiced for work completed up to that point.

Brand Partnership – £550/month

For Luxury Rebrand clients and past clients by invitation. 1 founder at a time. 3-month minimum, then monthly rolling.

1 dedicated studio day per month (7 hours) for ongoing brand guardianship. Use your day for what you need that month – business cards, stationery, leaflets, roller banners, presentation templates, meeting backdrops, campaign or launch assets.

Billed monthly in advance to secure your studio day. Your day is held only after payment is received. No pay = no day held. Unused time does not roll over.

Invoiced on the 25th for the following month, due on the 1st. First month invoiced on booking to secure Sept Day 1. 30-day notice to pause or cancel after the 3-month minimum.

Revisions – Brand Partnership: Each studio day includes design + 1 round of refinement per asset created on that day, to be used within 7 days of first draft. Additional amends or new assets outside that day will be scheduled into your next studio day or billed at day rate.

Payments

Payments by bank transfer to my nominated account. Late payments may result in your studio day being released. Project timelines will be agreed at the start and communicated clearly. Delays may occur due to client feedback or external factors, but I always aim to deliver projects promptly and efficiently.

All client information and project details are treated as confidential.

I primarily work remotely from my home office, but I’m available to meet clients in person if necessary to discuss your project. Travel expenses may apply for on-site meetings.
